Bagaimana tamu menilai properti ini, aspek demi aspek.
The staff were lovely, informative, friendly, clear, and quick; the castle room was also very large. The bed was comfortable and well-made, and free coffee was offered in the side kitchen. It felt like a more premium B&B. Check‑out was simple and fast.

The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was fine. It was good that there weren’t many rooms sharing the toilets, and each floor had its own. Getting in was smooth after it was locked, and there was a key plus tag. If the breakfast had been a bit warmer, I would have given it an excellent rating, but I understand it’s hard to manage that on such a weekend.

The staff were very friendly and pleasant, and the location is excellent! However, for the price the amenities are a bit sparse. The bedding was fresh but had stains. It’s okay for one night, but not recommended for a longer stay.

I was pleased that the hotel was close to the places I wanted to visit in Kalmar, but the heat made it hard to sleep and there was a sewer smell in the bathroom.

The staff were very friendly, the bed was good and the location was excellent. Breakfast was simple but tasty, and the restaurant served good food. Free municipal parking right outside was available over the weekend. The cleaning of both the room and the bathroom could have been better.
