The location is excellent and the facilities are comprehensive, yet the room lacked cleanliness and a bit more “luxury” to feel truly 5‑star; for instance, the toilet seat tilts when you sit. Breakfast is somewhat limited for a hotel of this caliber. Additionally, when you arrive there are no pre‑set tables—tables are still dirty from previous guests and you must request cutlery, glasses, and napkins. The hotel is good, but these details make it feel more like a 4‑star than a 5‑star.
