The property was absolutely beautiful, and we loved everything about it. The concierge staff and welcoming crew were wonderful. We stayed in an ocean‑front suite, and the best part of our vacation was sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings, perfect for sunsets. The Terrace on 10 was fantastic with great servers. I LOVE the Shore Club and the bar above it, as well as Sunset Grill. The pool and the palapas are clean and fun, and the activities are great. The location is unbeatable—we walked everywhere. The beds were comfortable too.

“Wonderful hotel with lots of amenities but watch for unexpected charges”

Wonderful property. The Westerly is new so the room was exceptional with a large balcony. I stayed in a room with an ocean view which I would recommend. It is also very nice to be able to walk to restaurants and shops. We had a car and parking was very easy. And loved the birds—really a treat to see them. I really enjoyed my stay but it was marred by the hotel charging me a daily resort fee (about $700 total) which was not disclosed until I checked in. I reviewed all emails and info on site and there was no mention of resort fee. I booked because they promised total cost with no extra charges, so I paid ahead of time a total cost but at check‑in they told me they would be charging extra. I have a case into so hoping this gets resolved. Double check before booking that the resort fee is included in your quoted total cost!
