1 twin bed
The location and staff treatment are great.
“Excelente atención al cliente:)”
All staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, yet the room felt a little stuffy after sleeping, possibly due to dust that could trigger allergies, although overall everything was clean.
“Parfait pour visiter la ville à pied”
A bit old-fashioned but very clean; the staff are lovely and always ready to help, and the place is well‑situated so everything is within walking distance.
“Perfeito pra quem tem pouco tempo em Madri !”
The location and service are good, but a minibar in the room would be nice—just a suggestion, nothing to complain about.
The location and staff are very friendly, but the stairs and lack of air conditioning are drawbacks.
