The hotel is conveniently located in the capital of Gaborone. There’s a restaurant attached to the hotel, which makes getting food very easy. Unfortunately, the restaurant is what let the hotel down.

The staff are friendly and efficient. The room is clean, comfortable, and well organized.

The style is nice, although it can be said to be a bit worn. The staff are friendly. The room is spacious, with a living area that includes a sofa. Breakfast at News Café was good. We stayed a week, but unfortunately the pool was not working the entire time – the staff offered to take us to another hotel if we wanted a pool (which we declined). We lacked some information about things to do and experience in Gaborone – the hotel felt very business‑oriented.
