The breakfast was excellent, very complete and generous.
The welcome was very friendly, the room was comfortable and clean, breakfast and dinner featured local products that were fresh and plentiful, and the hikes in the valley were lovely; we had a great stay and everything was perfect for us.

The surroundings were completely quiet. The staff were super friendly and the hot tub was perfect for recovering after a week of trekking in the Ecrin. The meals cooked by the lady of the house were mouth‑watering. The only downside was that everything was in French, which was a good opportunity to practice.
“Prijs-kwaliteit niet waardig”
The location lets you do beautiful walks and it’s not far from the main road, Route de Napoleon, making it a good stopover. The accommodation, however, was problematic: our room had a SPA that was unusable for several reasons. It was inside a small bathroom, the temperature was set to 30 °C, and the lid could not be removed in the narrow space. The filter pump would automatically turn on regularly, producing a loud rumbling noise. The bed was also uncomfortable; the mattress was too soft and seemed in need of replacement. There was a typical farm smell from outside that you had to endure.
