The place feels cozy and the vibe is great, and it’s only a 5‑minute walk to Jaro Plaza where you’ll find a bunch of charming eateries. The rooms face a quiet neighborhood, so the traffic noise is negligible. They’re clean, the air conditioning is pleasant and quiet, and there are some kitchen tools plus a service water bottle. The staff are friendly. The Wi‑Fi drops off during the day because the router is a bit far, and the windows aren’t sound‑proof, though the courtyard is usually calm. I wish the shower could be fixed and that there were hooks in the bathroom; a water heater would also help, though the water isn’t cold.

The location is spot‑on, with plenty of local food spots close by, and the staff were helpful and the mattress was comfortable. The building has a lot of stairs, only one air‑con unit works, there’s no water pressure in the bathroom, and there’s no Wi‑Fi or TV for entertainment. I also needed a small fridge to keep drinks chilled.

The spot is convenient and affordable, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only downside is the bathroom.
