The staff were fantastic—sweet, friendly, and accommodating. We arrived a bit early, but the room was ready and we checked in right away. The beds were incredibly comfy and the room temperature was just right. The coffee was a bit weak for us, but that won’t stop us from staying again.

The location is fine, but animals were in the room and my husband and sister coughed and sneezed all night, causing me itchy bites; the bed linen was torn and furniture had stains.

The restaurant staff were very accommodating and pleasant, and breakfast was great, but room service was terrible: for a whole week I had to fetch towels daily, used the hallway to throw out dirty towels and trash, and both ironing boards were broken—one I had to bring down myself and the other I managed to fix enough to use for the rest of my stay.
