The location is a game changer for this hotel: 300 m to Zoologischer Garten S Bahnhof and right in front of a U‑Station. The rooms are large, the breakfast is fantastic, and the lobby is huge. For environmental preservation you must request a full room change and cleaning; otherwise there are no other negatives.

Excellent, varied breakfast; we received all our safety requests for the shower; air conditioning was fine; our bedding requests were fulfilled; the hotel’s location is superb. All staff are very pleasant and courteous and greeted us warmly. The restaurant is excellent, 3 minutes from the hotel (Ottenthal), with reasonable prices (reserve for dinner in advance). The hotel underwent a general renovation about six months ago. The only drawback was that the water pressure on the sixth floor could have been a bit stronger.

Das Personal, das Frühstücksbuffet, die Einrichtung und die Lage des Hotels waren super!. Der Roomservice war/ist leider nicht so genau. Leider wurde das Zimmer nicht gründlich sauber gemacht. Der Boden wurde leider nicht gesaugt. Staubfusseln vor und nach dem Roomservice waren genau am gleicher Stelle auf dem Boden. Leider den ganzen 4tätigen Aufenthalt so. Die Reinigung war nur sehr oberflächlich
