The location was good, but there was very little to do and nothing was included in the price. We didn’t even receive a continental breakfast for what we paid, whereas cheaper hotels usually include breakfast.

The location was amazing, but the sofa was worn out and the air‑conditioner wasn’t fully operational.

The location and views were nice and the staff were friendly, yet the mattresses were uncomfortable and a bit old. Room service was very slow, and phone support was sluggish—no one answered calls or you had to wait a long time.
