Everything is good: order, cleanliness, and all the essentials for a generous sweet breakfast, including homemade pies and doughnuts. The fenced internal parking and kitchen equipment would make any cooking enthusiast jealous. No complaints. I just think a cooler is needed in July and August, but it wasn’t required during my stay.
Breakfast was delightful, the owner was very kind and eager to meet every request, and the B&B sits in a very quiet residential area—an oasis of peace. I felt right at home in the welcoming environment with impeccable hygiene, so if I come back to Rieti I’ll choose this B&B Arcobaleno again.
The apartment was very nice and clean, the owner was friendly and helpful, and breakfast was good with homemade doughnuts and fruit tart; the area is quiet—absolutely recommended ☺️.

A cozy, well‑maintained B&B with spotless rooms, bathrooms, and common areas; the owners were exceptionally attentive and made us feel comfortable from the start, so we’d gladly return. Nothing specific to complain about.

Great location, clean, friendly staff, and breakfast included with fruit juices, pastries, and yogurt; however, we could hear neighbor noises from the upper floors.
