Everything was perfect! The suite was magnificent, fully comfortable and very clean. The kitchen was excellent, and all staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and extremely kind.

The place is charming and calm with a great heated pool. From reception to kitchen to the restaurant, everyone shows kindness and attention. The Moroccan cuisine is delicious, tailored to your wishes—true luxury! Thanks to Aïcha for running this house casually yet very professionally. We look forward to returning. Get well soon, Redouane. Nothing else.

Everything is truly gorgeous; the staff are genuinely kind, welcoming, and attentive. I think this place is amazing and fabulous. Nothing negative.

Un havre de paix ! Outre le charme du bâti, de la décoration, des jardins et de la piscine, ce qui rend notre expérience des lieux inoubliable, c'est aussi l'accueil exceptionnel du personnel ! Des gens paisibles, attentionnés et professionnels qui ont su devancer nos besoins et faciliter l'organisation de nos journées. Merci aussi à ceux qui oeuvraient dans l'ombre, en cuisine ou à l'entretien. Vous pourriez être déçus par les abords rustiques à l'extérieur de l'hôtel, mais peu d'hôtels peuvent s'affranchir de cela et passé la porte, le charme opère. L'appel à la prière peut surprendre, notamment parce qu'il y a une petite mosquée tout près, mais ça fait parti des traditions locales
