I liked how, even in a small room, you can feel comfortable. Everything needed was within reach, nothing was missing. Upon arrival, both the room and the pension were hit by a scent of cleanliness, which I didn’t expect for the price. I appreciated the SMS that clearly explained everything with photos and the location. Overall, I rate it as a very pleasant, cozy, and clean place.

The location was nice by a small pond. Horses grazed on the meadow in front of the pension. It was quiet. The room was clean. Parking was available in a lockable lot. The room lacked air conditioning, which we knew beforehand, but my husband, who is 186 cm tall, managed to open the roof window only when he stood on his toes. He couldn’t keep the window open; there was nothing to hold it. In the end, he stuck a hanger into a crack to keep it open. At 34 °C, it was almost impossible to sleep. A solution could be devised, such as a way to open and secure the window. The second major issue was the shower cubicle: it wasn’t sloped and had no edge, curtain, or mat, so when someone showered, water ran across the tiny bathroom. It was a miracle we didn’t fall or get hurt. A stick with a funnel to catch the water or a small mat might help, or at least a bucket and cloth or mop to wipe the floor. The shared, fairly equipped kitchenette was a floor below, but unfortunately there was no sink or water supply, so we had to go to our bathroom for water. That was just a detail. The window and shower cubicle could definitely be fixed.

The mid-range was great, the room was beautiful, tidy, and modestly furnished. The food was tasty. I missed the option to purchase breakfast.
