The room was bright with nice furnishings, the bathroom had heated and nightlit floor tiles, and the bed and lighting were comfortable. Every morning a tasty fresh continental breakfast was provided. The only issue was that the TV didn’t show one channel, BBC2, which was a bit odd.

The environment was excellent, clean, and convenient for both the beach and nightlife. I ended up with a room that had a small window that didn’t open, which was my own mistake because I like to sleep with a window open; a minor issue I should have checked before booking.

The location was great, parking was outside, and the hosts were easy to reach, making the birthday weekend in Broadstairs stress‑free. The kids especially enjoyed having their own TVs and entertainment. The bathroom floor tiles were slippery when wet, and a single roll of toilet paper wasn’t enough for a family of four.

The location was perfect—everything we needed was within a 5‑minute walk. The host was extremely friendly and welcoming, and a fridge with cold bottled water in the corridor was a nice bonus.
