Checking in dragged on for 15‑20 minutes; the person at the counter was busy typing on the computer and didn’t even notice the line that was growing.

The place is wonderfully located, clean, not crowded, peaceful, and has plenty of parking, but it’s way over‑priced at $247.00 PER NIGHT just because the room has a jacuzzi and no basic small fridge or microwave. From the moment I entered the room, my name on the TV screen was spelled wrong, and when I called the front desk to fix it, the staff took 15 minutes to give me an answer and couldn’t correct it on their end.
