The room was pretty cozy, with a small terrace and a clean bathroom, and the details were well thought out. The owner was helpful and accommodating. The room itself is small, and on the top floor in summer it can get quite hot, though there is air conditioning.
The host was very available, the room is small but essential and absolutely functional with a lovely little terrace, cleanliness is impeccable, and the location is great, with good street parking on white lines.
