“A+ service A+ Property”

Those were the best two nights I’ve had in Osaka. The staff were very welcoming and took the time to explain everything. All the facilities were amazing and spotless. The sauna and spa areas were fantastic. The amenities were excellent, and having a water dispenser and a vending machine on the second floor was very convenient. I would definitely stay here again. It’s only a 5‑minute walk to the nearest station, and from there a smooth 30‑minute ride into the city center. Nothing was lacking; everything was great.

The front‑desk staff handled everything with great courtesy. No issues.

The price was attractive and there were no unnecessary services, which was good. The only downside was that communication with the front desk could only be done via external means (mobile phone, etc.), and there was no beverage vending machine.

“素晴らしい！”

The room was spotless and I could stream Netflix and Amazon Prime Video without any issues—no complaints at all.

The room was incredibly clean, and even though most of the staff were young, they greeted me properly and were full of energy; the only thing I’d mention is that I could have used a chair to sit at the desk.
