Hanoi Sofia Hotel

We stayed three nights, checking in around 21:00 and were accommodated without any trouble. Reception helped us buy a SIM card right away and exchanged dollars for dong at a good rate. Our room had a small high window, which we knew about and didn’t mind since we only came to sleep. Towels, a hair‑dryer, shampoo and shower gel were all provided. All the appliances worked – there was a TV, air‑conditioner and mini‑fridge. When we left, the front desk also helped us get tickets for a sleep bus to another city. The room was clean.

The Sofia Hotel is right in the middle of many shops and eating spots. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We would like to come back.

The hotel is in a busy area full of shops. The rooms are very small, the shower is broken, the breakfast area is cramped with only two tables that fit five or six people, and the breakfast is limited for Muslims.

The room was clean and had everything needed. The location is great for exploring the city center. The staff were very kind and helpful, they made booking the buses very simple, and we used the laundry service. Highly recommended.

The place was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The towels that were provided were too small and the toilet floor was very slippery when water is spilled. No shower curtains were supplied, so the water from the shower makes the floor wet and very slippery, which can be hazardous.
