Everything was good – a large room, a nice bathroom, excellent breakfast, friendly staff, a pool, a beach, and Duong Đong city center nearby. The only downside might be an elevator for the rooms on the first floor.

The place has clearly seen better days, a bit like those Egyptian hotels that look clean but don't really hold up over time. They clean daily, provide towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, flip‑flops, robes, umbrellas, etc. The pool is tidy, the wooden loungers are fine, and the lush greenery and lawns are lovely. The beach has loungers too, but if it feels too narrow you can walk 500 m to a wider stretch. The dining area is decent; the food is fresh but the same each day, lacking the variety you’d expect from a hotel of this class in Thailand. The town is just 10 m from the hotel on the main street, but it’s dirty and crumbling; a 4‑ or 3‑day stay is enough to get tired of it. If you don’t like city noise, pick a hotel up north for peace or head south to Sun World where the prices are the same, the hotels are brand new, and everything feels luxurious. Overall, the hotel in Saigon is suitable for those with low expectations.

Old but reasonable accommodation, a 3‑star beach bungalow.

The location is superb, right by the sea. The restaurant staff are unpleasant and it’s hard to communicate; even words like “espresso” or “rice” are unknown, and they only speak Vietnamese, not a single word of English.

Close to the center. The entrance and the path are inconvenient.
