The staff were incredibly kind and the room was spotless.

“Terrible. Bad part of town. Sex store/strip club across street, homeless in parking lot, a lot of activity at night.”

The front‑desk clerk was rude when I checked in, sat outside smoking then went inside and made the whole office smell like cigarette smoke; he told me “I am waiting on you!” and when I went to get my luggage he said he had to “fix TVs,” which was not my problem. Waiting five minutes for me to fetch my luggage and lock my car seemed excessive. That employee shouldn’t be working with the public. I also found hair in the shower at check‑in and the thinnest blanket on the bed I ever had, so I had to wear my coat to bed.

“IT WAS OK EXCEPT FOR THE NOISE”

The pool stayed open until 10 pm and the kids were very noisy while I tried to sleep; the smoke detector also went off at 4:41 am for no reason, so I removed the battery.
