We went to Vermont during peak leaf‑viewing season and had to stay at a local inn, so we chose the Snowed Inn. It’s a cute place, decorated perfectly and comfortable. The location was ideal and easy to find. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable but a little small. Breakfast was just okay for us—we’re not fans of quiche and most of everything else was served cold, though the croissants were fine.

It felt like being at home. Ken and Carolyn, our hosts, work hard to make everyone feel special. The location was central to the area we wanted to explore.

We came here during the summer, so what I’m saying might not apply to the winter. This place was simply fantastic! We loved every detail, from the furniture to the hot tub. They even prepared fresh cookies for the guests and provided a personalized breakfast menu. The staff was nice and friendly. To top it off, we paid less here than we did for a terrible motel the night before
