The room is nice, the rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly.

The location is good, but when we arrived the hotel room was not what we had booked, and the staff made a mistake with our room. It was extremely unsatisfactory.

I booked a king bed room with a river view and was overall pretty satisfied. The room was clean and came with a few nice touches like a prayer mat, towels, mineral water, and a kettle with tea and sugar. The only issue was the window, which couldn't be opened, but I guess that's for safety reasons. The staff were friendly and helpful when I had trouble checking in, and the location was great - right by the river and perfect for jogging.

The room was a letdown - it didn't match the pictures at all. To make matters worse, the room and washroom were filthy. It was a real disappointment.
