The hotel's location was ideal, being quiet and away from busy streets but still close to everything I needed
The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, making me feel right at home
However, I did notice some issues with hygiene, particularly in the bathroom

The location was good, the beds were comfortable, the staff were friendly, there was unlimited free water, and they were flexible with an early breakfast because of our flight; nothing else.
