The reception staff are helpful and cooperative, always trying to assist. The cleaning was poor, the staff were racist, telling other guests to leave and refusing to give them water. We spoke up and asked for better water, but the situation didn’t improve. The hotel’s location became closed from all directions, no open garden like before, and there’s ongoing maintenance. A person—unknown if a hotel employee or a neighbor—told the kids to return to Saudi Arabia and shouted at them. The next day, he saw the kids again and his look was uncomfortable and racist.

The hotel’s location is nice, the view is distinctive, the cleanliness and décor are great, and breakfast is wonderful. The way breakfast was served could have been better if it were a buffet.
