A small, air‑conditioned studio with a comfy bed and a compact kitchen, plus a dedicated parking spot. It’s about a 10‑to‑15‑minute drive from Zadar’s center, making it a convenient base for exploring the city. The bathroom could use some improvement: the tiny shower cabin is hard to use because there’s no holder for the handheld shower head, so you have to hold it all the time, and there’s no shelf or storage for toiletries like shampoo or shower gel. Adding those would make the space more comfortable and practical.

Parking, a private terrace, and good cleanliness. The only flaw is that the bathroom is a bit small.
