The place was clean, but the location and staff couldn't arrange a van for airport transport.

The room was comfortable with good facilities, yet there was no internet so I couldn't check in to my flight or order a grab. I paid my bill with cash at 2.30pm, but when I checked out at 2.20am the next morning there was no record of it. Even though I had a breakfast voucher, nothing was available for me to eat; I had hoped for a small packed breakfast.
