I was really disappointed with my stay here - the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping me, and the room was a mess. I mean, I've seen cleaner hotel rooms after a natural disaster. On the plus side, breakfast was decent, I guess. Not great, but I didn't hate it.

The hotel room had some big problems - the window was sealed shut, which meant no fresh air and no view. It got pretty stale in there, and it was just an unpleasant place to be.

The staff at this hotel were really polite and helpful, but my room had a bit of a design flaw - there was no outlet near the water kettle, which was kinda inconvenient.

Reception staff were very polite and handled my check‑in smoothly, fixing the error of two single beds with a larger single bed. I was otherwise satisfied, except that there was no outlet near the kettle.

I liked this hotel, the quality of the rooms and stuff was good. The location is also really great. However, I think they could improve by adding more amenities and doing some soundproofing - it was a bit noisy. Overall, it was okay, but not perfect.
