The breakfast selection was criminal, offering no real choice beyond two types of salami—horrible. The room was a mess: 28 °C, blinds with torn curtains, dirty, yellow, clogged, hair‑full toilet, broken door, ripped ventilation grilles, suffocating, full of dust, ventilation “blowing” and making noise, the room wasn’t even sealed—horrific. I cancelled the reservation and they refuse to refund; it’s been 7 days with no money back. We were on a business trip, and no one worldwide would recommend this. People, there’s no worse accommodation I’ve ever stayed in, and I’ve booked at least 400 places on Booking in my life. Shame!
