The hotel was spotless, two blocks from the plaza, staff were attentive, but they didn’t offer hot drinking water because of the cold, and the shower water was still a bit chilly; overall I’d recommend it.

I liked it a lot, though the room was too cold for the price – a heater would help; otherwise everything felt very cozy, especially the staff.

The service and the room were very comfortable; I have no complaints.

Breakfast was good and the location near Huancayo’s center is convenient, but I didn’t like that there was no hot shower water; the water barely warmed, which needs improvement given the high altitude and cold climate.
