Nothing we couldn’t get in. Weren’t answering doorbell we were just standing outside shouting and ringing. Place looked all shut up no one moving inside or other guests or lights on Didn’t answer phone or messages we kept trying on the number No messages on the messenging system here We tried to get in from 4.25 Check in time was from 2.00 pm At 7.40 they text us We had given up! Then they were SO rude on the phone. I had videos of us trying to enter and screen shots of the calls we made to them and they accused me of being a scammer! And falsifying them We had to drive 23 km to another place as muizenberg was fully sold out of rooms AND we had to wait hours for to cancel it to avoid being charged for the room. The attitude was horrendous and accusatory when we were the ones who were left without accommodation as they couldn’t respond. And they never sent anything messages either the whole day!

We liked everything about it! Marcia and Evans gave us FANTASTIC service. We HATED having to leave, lol

Nothing, DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY. I didn’t even check in. The room was small, no private bathroom as booked, but instead a small shower cubicle next to the bed. A separate toilet cubicle in another corner of the room had a window behind it that gave no privacy. Manager Mr Evans was totally rude, unhelpful, and generally vile. The room was so small we couldn’t even fit our bags in. In addition to the above, the security guard was in the next room with a prostitute. I recommend removing the listing.
