The room was very quiet and offered a beautiful view; the bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless; however, the breakfast was not hot—barely warm at best—and the coffee was quite average.

The facilities were clean and met all our needs; we enjoyed a pleasant walk to Lindfield and the train station; the included breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, and the service was excellent; I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, but there was no microwave in the room.
