The location is convenient, and the contactless check‑in works well as long as you get the codes. When I arrived I hadn’t received the codes needed for self‑check‑in. The air‑conditioning/heating system was non‑functional for the whole stay, so it was very cold. No face wash was supplied and there weren’t enough towels, meaning you have to pay to wash them because you can’t request more. The balcony door wouldn’t open. You must dispose of your own rubbish or pay a $100 fee, but the instructions to find the bins are missing and the staff couldn’t give directions. The shower head was broken and water leaked into the main room while showering. The power point in the bathroom doesn’t work. The room’s overall cleanliness was poor. The staff responded quickly to messages but gave no useful information or solutions.
The location is very central, with shopping malls and most sights within walking distance, and there are plenty of restaurants right nearby. The bathroom is a bit “spartan” and only separated from the room by glass walls.
“Perth exploring.”
The location made it easy to reach the city and the train/bus links to explore beyond. Communication with the host before arrival was good. The Thai restaurant next door is great and definitely worth a visit! The rooftop area looks nice at night to see the city lights. It wasn’t an apartment as described; it felt more like a backpacker spot, with a shared kitchen and other guests/residents. It was noisy when others came and went, with doors banging late at night and early in the morning. It’s fine for a budget stopover.
The response time and support were quick and helpful.
“Do NOT go there!”
The room was dirty, the bathroom floor was slimy, there was rubbish in the foyer every day, and the curtains were filthy. The whole experience was bad; we paid a premium rate because of cricket.
