The best part of the hotel is its proximity to the city center, and they clean the rooms every day; however, the rooftop café was advertised as open until 10 pm but actually closed at 6 pm, and on one occasion the air‑conditioning broke down so the room felt very hot and humid with no windows.

The location is excellent near the lake with good shopping, restaurants, cafés, and spas. The staff are friendly, helpful, and speak good languages. There are good TV channels and Wi‑Fi, and the bed is comfortable. The only downside is the small bathroom in the family room.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was decent, the mattress was premium and made for a comfortable sleep, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was good. However, the effort to keep the bathrooms clean should be extended because black mold caused allergies, and there is no window for fresh air in the room, which led to a sinus infection overnight.
