The room was large and comfortable with a super bed and a view of a pedestrian-only street that looks enchanting; Kostas, the host, provides excellent service. The chairs on the balcony could be more comfortable.

I’d definitely recommend this place! The apartment sits in a great spot in Ermoupoli—central, close to everything, and not so steep that you have to climb a lot. You get in through two flights of stairs, but the terrace and jacuzzi make up for that. The unit is compact, spotless, and the hosts were very friendly and welcoming. The only improvement I’d suggest is blackout curtains, because the current ones let in a lot of morning light—just bring an eye mask if you’re a light sleeper. Otherwise, it’s a perfect stay!

Kosta is a great host and the location is perfect in the heart of Ermoupoli! Walking out the door is just 10 steps to the promenade with many cafés and restaurants. From the balcony you can watch the evening bustle…

The room matched the photos: spacious, clean, well‑equipped, and tastefully decorated. There was no reception desk, and we weren’t given any arrival instructions, so we had to call the owner three times before speaking with him. We also asked him to keep the room for a few extra hours on our departure day for an extra fee, but he refused, claiming the room was “relouée” (a false excuse since the room was free all day and available for booking). The worst part was that the room is on a pedestrian street, lively and very noisy until 3 am with bars on the ground floor—definitely not for travelers seeking calm and tranquility!
