The staff were friendly and very helpful, and the rooms stayed clean. The neighborhood was quiet, clean, and safe, and we were close to many attractions. The rooms felt small; the twin bedroom’s beds were pushed together, so we had to separate them, making it basically one bed. It was a bit cramped, so I’d advise people not to bring too much luggage. The beds were a little hard, which might be an issue for anyone with an achy back.

The staff handled a spider in the room quickly and were very helpful. The location was great for sightseeing, and the hotel onsen was really good.

The location and staff were excellent. However, there was mold on the curtains in our room, and it stayed extremely stuffy and humid throughout our stay, even causing condensation on the table. It seemed like a ventilation or humidity control issue, making the room quite uncomfortable. For two people and two beds, the room felt incredibly cramped, even by Japanese standards, as if it were designed for one person rather than two.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Fußläufig war sehr viel zu erreichen, und es gab sogar einen kleinen Raucherbereich. Die Klimaanlage war merkwürdig.

残念でした. 清掃されない、 部屋の風呂もシャワーの水が流れにくく、 11階のお風呂説明なく、入り方分からず 残念でした
