The place is in a great spot and the staff were friendly. The gas heater broke and it took a long time to get it fixed, with several attempts and calls. The pool cleaning should happen before guests check in; doing it while guests are in their rooms forced the door open and let a lot of insects in.

The setting is secluded and gorgeous for anyone looking to escape the crowds, and we visited during peak rainy weather and enjoyed the misty atmosphere. Every dish we ordered was excellent, and the staff were very friendly and quick to respond to any request, whether room service or fixing the jacuzzi. The only downside was that the bedsheet and pillow covers had some stains that should be addressed, and we missed having a gym on site.

The road leading to the hotel is pathetic, too far from the main road, lacks street lights and directional signs, and offers no support at all, leaving us very disappointed; we had to leave and book another hotel because of the lack of assistance and conditions.
