B&B Pietramare

The room was spotless and delivered exactly what it advertised. The location in the city centre was superb. Communication was smooth and efficient, and the terrace added extra value to the stay.

The village festival was scheduled, so the street was closed, making it hard to unload and park. We had to call a shopkeeper who opened the gate for us after dialing a carabinier. No on‑site staff knew about the closure, but they quickly texted us saying they were unaware that the street would be closed for two days. It was a holiday thing, but it was a stressful night, thankfully only one night of the reservation.

We stayed in a quadruple room that was really spacious and fully equipped. In front of us was a bar where we could have a great breakfast. Even on the day of closure they directed us to another bar. The only flaw was that the room was on the lower floor, so it had no balcony and no windows; otherwise everything was perfect, and reception was always reachable.

The property was in the centre, close to various shops and bars. It was welcoming, but there were a couple of issues: first, we found the pillows with stains, and second, we had to have breakfast in two different bars, one of which was 6 km from the B&B.

We had a breakfast fiasco with our guests; we had it once, and the soup was not there.
