Paul looked after us with genuine warmth, and the place, while a bit unconventional, felt snug and welcoming. The only thing that could be improved is the curtain – it’s thin and lets a lot of light in, so a blackout would be nice.

The setting is gorgeous – tastefully decorated, a fantastic garden, and a private chalet that feels impeccably comfortable. The hosts are fun, polite, and make the atmosphere feel light. The only drawback was the spotty Wi‑Fi, which struggled at times.
