“The perfect cozy room in the perfect location with lovely hosts”
B&B Cimatori exceeded every expectation: a 14‑minute walk to the train station and under 10 minutes to everything else, from shoe and purse shops to a cooking class, Violi gelato, iconic focaccia sandwiches, and more. The room was cute, the bed comfy, and everything spotless. The B&B is up a flight of stairs, but that wasn’t an issue for us; just a heads‑up if stairs are a concern. Breakfast was delicious, with fresh pastries, fruit, yogurts, coffee, and more. Hosts Mattea and Naomi were absolutely lovely, chatting with us at check‑in, check‑out, and breakfast, and they kindly let us take pastries and fruit to go when we had to leave early for a tour, even making cappuccinos for us. At check‑out they gave us homemade cantuccini biscuits, which we devoured. We’ve stayed at many nice places in Italy, but B&B Cimatori was by far my favorite. I do extensive research before booking, and this stay was more than satisfactory. If we ever return to Florence, we’ll definitely stay here again. Nothing I didn’t like.
