The atmosphere, no annoying noise, and the organization were good. The single rooms didn’t have a TV, at least the one I got. The staff didn’t tell me on the first night that dinner was included; I found out at breakfast from the dining manager that they had been waiting for me to dine the night before.

The price doesn’t match the comfort and services – for what I paid I could have chosen a better hotel or a cabin with a jacuzzi and heated pool.

The old building is well maintained, the cleanliness is outstanding, the staff are very friendly, and Juan’s service was excellent – we felt very comfortable! The garden is beautiful, and we were lucky to see snow! Nothing to complain about; everything was great.
