The hotel’s location was okay, but it’s on the first floor of a pedestrian street with no street access, so taxis drop you off and you have to walk 80 m with luggage. The breakfast was awful, the place noisy with conversations heard between rooms, cleaning was poor, the air‑conditioning didn’t work well, and the linens and bedding were old and low quality. The staff at breakfast were unfriendly, table cleaning was terrible, sometimes guests sat on plates left by previous diners, and the food presentation was sloppy. Every day the same items were served, and the bread was sometimes stale. The biggest issue was the noise in the rooms, and hot water wasn’t always available.

The breakfast was great, the room was spacious, and the location was convenient, but the TV in the room didn’t work well and the shower pressure was weak.

The staff were friendly, always attentive and eager to help. Breakfast was generally acceptable with good options for most needs, so my family and I were satisfied. The room temperature was consistently correct (great thermostat setting), and we had no noise or other disturbances. Overall we were happy with the stay; while there’s always room for improvement, we got what we were looking for. The bathroom was the right size, but I wasn’t comfortable in the shower despite my average height—more of a personal preference than a major flaw. The rate seemed a bit high for the amenities, though the location offsets that; it’s not a critical issue unless you’re hunting for the best deals.
