The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was very good and hygienic. Everything else was great.

The hotel has new facilities and a very comfortable room with air‑conditioning that cools well, a shower with great temperature, and a decent mini‑fridge. The location is a strong point, close to the famous Ferris wheel, near the beach, and a reasonable distance from the craft market. However, the app suggests that parking is free for guests, but in reality it costs R$ 25 per day. Breakfast is expensive (R$ 38) and of poor quality, weak in flavor and options. Additionally, Wi‑Fi doesn’t work well and there’s no kitchen in the room, only two glasses in the mini‑fridge.

From reception to the security details, everything was transparent, especially the note that breakfast would be paid separately because it wasn’t included in the package, which I had thought was included.
