The room was spacious, yet the bed was terribly sagging.

The hotel’s proximity to downtown and the on‑site parking were definite advantages. On the downside, it wasn’t listed on the usual booking sites, and arranging a room for a dog on the third floor required a request before being moved to the second floor without an elevator; the place is very noisy, in need of major renovations, has a terrible sink drain and a broken shower‑head holder.
