The place is hands down the best, most service‑oriented hotel we’ve ever stayed at. Its design is stunning, and being less than an hour from Venice makes it perfect. Service and attention to detail are unmatched: a golf cart waited in the parking lot to haul our luggage, and every room touch was thoughtful. Breakfast was flawless—everything you could imagine. Every request, no matter the hour, was handled promptly. The staff went above and beyond: they booked paragliding, rented electric bikes, and mapped out a custom itinerary. Every moment felt blissful, delivered with genuine warmth, ease, and hospitality. They even kept the spa and pool open late because we arrived after hours. The facilities are dream‑like: spa, pool, scented showers, jacuzzi, and sauna are all top tier. The room was charming and fully equipped, and the garden felt like a magical escape with lush grapevines, trees, and stunning design. We’ll definitely return!
