I liked the location and the privacy I got, but I didn’t like that there was no a/c in the living room.

If you’re heading to Kingston, stay with Ann and Maurice; the accommodation is great, well‑located, the bed comfortable, the kitchen well‑equipped, it offers privacy, and Ann and Maurice are amazing hosts who gave us some of the most precious memories of our trip, like watching the World Cup at a bar in Jamaica—absolutely unforgettable. When we return to Jamaica, we’ll definitely stay with them again. Everything was good; no complaints.
“The perfect place for a cultural visit to Kingston”
Absolutely perfect! The flat is really well maintained, clean and tastefully furnished. The lady of the house was extremely kind and helpful, and I felt comfortable all the time. It’s located in a very quiet residential area, perfect for someone wanting a peaceful place away from Kingston’s noisy party spots. It was all perfect. So far, the best accommodation I booked.

“Safe place”
I was looking for a safe, clean place to stay and omg I have to give GranAnn's place a 10. I love that the kitchen is big and the living room has two big TVs, plus snacks, drinks, coffee were complimentary.
