Despite being charged for a room, I was informed upon arrival that the hotel was overbooked and didn't have any available rooms. Instead, I was taken to a subpar alternative property that was unsuitable for my family. To make matters worse, I was offered a non-air-conditioned room at an additional cost, despite having booked an air-conditioned room.
