Its location close to tourist sites, the parking, and the staff’s friendliness are appreciated.

The location and the valet for parking are positives. The noise from the rooftop in the rooms on the 6th floor, stains on the seats, and the corridors are not great; in 2006 it was much nicer.

The room was clean and the staff friendly; they managed an early check‑in for me, though the rooms were smaller than I expected but still functional.

The location was fine, but there was no swimming pool; it didn’t match the quality of the Le Meridien we stayed at in Vienna, the Rome site felt very ordinary and we were hoping for the same level of quality.
