The staff were very professional, and the hotel is just a 3‑minute walk from the pyramid entrance. The rooftop breakfast was amazing, offering a generous spread and a stunning view of the pyramids. We were very happy with our stay.

The staff were great and really helped us navigate the chaos of Egypt. The shower felt a bit dated, but otherwise everything was fine.

The view from the terrace is amazing and made us feel right at home; I’d definitely recommend it. We booked two tours and a quad‑bike safari through the hotel, plus airport transfers, all of which were organized flawlessly. Sami helped us skip the lines, fit more into our schedule than we could have on our own, and arranged purchases—including a Vodafone SIM card—at better rates than I could have negotiated myself. Owner Islam was very helpful and made our stay truly amazing.

The view of the pyramids was amazing and undisturbed, and the staff were very hospitable. Nothing to report.
