The hotel offered everything you could want, with a pool and spa area, a perfect view of Merano and the mountains. The quiet location right in the middle of the Tirol village is also a plus.

We had a very pleasant stay. Breakfast was excellent and offered a wide selection. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The view was simply fantastic and completed the stay perfectly; we’ll gladly return! However, the wellness area was somewhat disappointing; it felt too small for our taste and seemed more geared toward families than guests seeking quiet and relaxation, which was a shame because we wanted more private options.

Everything is simply coherent, with friendly and competent staff, perfect food, and the hotel’s location.

We had a very nice experience. The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and helpful. The hotel offers a comprehensive range, and the location is simply excellent. The kitchen also impressed us and was, in my view, outstanding.
