“Esperienza terribile”
The location was perfect. Easy check‑in. My husband and I just returned from Bari, where we spent three days at Le Tre Meraviglie. Unfortunately, our experience at this property was horrible. From day one we had to deal with continuous noise coming from beyond the bedroom wall, a repetitive sound occurring literally every 30 seconds, especially at night. Sleeping or simply relaxing in the room was impossible. The bathroom had several issues: a strong odor from the drains was constantly noticeable, the bidet clogged after just a few minutes of use, and the toilet flush frequently jammed, forcing us to press several times to restart it and stop the noise it made. On the first night we also saw ants coming from the bathroom into the adjacent room. After politely reporting all these problems and pointing out that none of it matched what we had paid for, the response was “all these complaints. I don’t know what to tell you, the price is also low compared to others. Checkout is at 10, leave the keys and the 12€ city tax in the room.” No real action was taken, no gesture of concern or understanding for the discomfort we endured. Avoid this place if you don’t want to ruin your holiday. Bari is a wonderful city; this property was truly the only big flaw.
